No Bake Protein Cake Bites

Does this need an intro?

It’s sugar free, loaded with clean protein, tasty af, and you don’t have to bake jack shit. Intro complete. Ya welcome!

I will do a quick mention for the headlining ingredient. I use Ascent Protein for recipes because I love the quality of their products. Not a sponsored post, but if Ascent wants to send me stuff after this I might just allow it 🧐. I’m using the lemon sorbet flavor for this recipe but you can easily do chocolate, vanilla, or cappuccino in this recipe. Lemon sorbet is bomb though so do this one first!

Ascent Protein Lemon Sorbet Cake Bites

Makes about 28 small-ish cake bites

Ingredients:

2 cups almond flour

⅓ cup tapioca flour

¼ cup coconut flour

1 cup Ascent Protein powder

¾ cup monk fruit

¼ cup cocoa powder

½ cup sugar free maple syrup

½ cup coconut oil

½ cup almond milk

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients together enough to get rid of clumps

Mix in the wet ingredients

Roll into balls

Pop in the fridge for one hour and then go to town on some cake bites!

You can keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks…. the tricky part is not inhaling them all on day one.

Btw you can add a lemon zest to this recipe if you wanna be real extra about it.
